This role involves collaborating with the most exciting Tech organizations within the DACH region on the Design, Planning and Implementation of IAM solutions - using only leading SaaS platforms.

IAM and Cybersecurity is a very hot topic just now for the biggest and most interesting tech companies in Europe. We are working with industry leading teams and processes on a daily basis to help define industry leading Identity Strategy for their employees.
If you are looking to build upon your existing IAM expertise by learning and specialising in Okta, or perhaps would like to bolster your technical consultancy skillset with a move into IAM, this role could be for you.
The amount and type of experience we are looking for is quite flexible; ideally you should have some development and/or technical consultancy expertise and you are very comfortable in a customer facing capacity. Our search is also focused on high levels of motivation, communication skills and a general appetite for working on exciting projects delivered to highest standards.

What we are looking for
- 2+ years of commercial experience with identity management, IDaaS, provisioning, user lifecycle operations, federation, and on premise integrations
- Strong analytical, development, implementation expertise.
- Experience with roles based access control, Single-Sign On, external and internal federation and systems integration
- Good knowledge/skills in architecting Access Management/SSO/Federation systems in a large organization
- Experience with Active Directory based Integrations
- Robust knowledge of Web Access management processes, technologies, with emphasis on federation expertise, web services and SOA
- Good understanding of OIDC and SAML specification, digital signatures, certificates management and session management
- Strong experience with common web access management domain related skills (e.g. understanding the concepts of cookies, sessions, header/cookie variables, HTTP traffic flow/analysis, etc.)
- Familiarity with protocol level troubleshooting a plus (e.g. LDAP, SCIM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms
- Workshop and facilitation skills (or interest in) would be a big advantage
- English (and ideally German) language required
